The ship's PC has broken down, and I have not taken a backup. What should I do?
Please download installer from "Support for user" on this site and the installation manual from "Support > Instruction Manual" Then, install CMAXS on the new PC on the ship and perform a functionality check. Regarding data, IMC will restore it using headquarters data, so please contact IMC. Note that this service is charged, so regular backups to external media are recommended strongly. |
