"Update Original Plan" button is grayed out and I cant click it.

Update Original Plan button is used to finalize the previous month's Outstanding and compile the current month's plan, so it can only be pressed once a month. At the beginning of the next month, it will be available again to finalize current month's Outstanding and compile next month's plan. Perform "Update original plan" at not the end of each month, but the beginning of each month.
