Outstanding is counted even though overdue is nothing. What is the difference between overdue and outstanding?

Over Due is work that has exceeded the Due Date. Outstanding is the work that has not been performed in target month. Outstanding target can be confirmed by selecting "Outstanding" in "View" at upper left position.
